1. Establishing your account
To establish a credit account, please contact the relevant office. You will be required to complete an account application form and sign our Terms and Conditions of Trade. Normally and subject to approval, you will be informed of your Account No./Ref. within 3 days of receipt of the completed application. Meanwhile, you may purchase goods on a Cash Sale basis using cash, cheque or Visa card.

2. Deliveries
Deliveries should be expected within 2 working days for orders received before 12 midday, (0n stock items) i.e. orders placed Monday a.m. will be delivered latest Wednesday p.m. Orders for bespoke and non-stock items will have longer leadtimes.

3. Terms of payment
Payments to be made on or before 30 days from date of invoice, for approved credit accounts only.
